What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Connects with every device without any need for third party and what makes it different is the ability to use it across several devices without any interuptions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do prefer the UI of the solution, makes it easeir and straightforward to access meetings and participants and integrates with Google calendar to fetch meetings in the tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have seen some areas for improvement like limited number for dail that are provided

Zoom is designed for simplicity, allowing users to join meetings with a single click, even without an account. The intuitive layout makes it easy for both tech-savvy and non-tech users to navigate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of Zoom's best aspects is its balance between simplicity and advanced functionality. It’s incredibly easy for anyone to use, yet it also offers powerful features like breakout rooms, AI-powered transcription, high-quality video, and strong integrations with other productivity tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Zoom is a great tool, it does have some drawbacks. One of the biggest frustrations is the limitation on free accounts, especially the 40-minute time limit on group meetings. It can be inconvenient when meetings get cut off, forcing users to restart or upgrade to a paid plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re using Zoom for casual or personal meetings, the free plan is great but has a 40-minute limit on group meetings. For business or frequent use, consider the Pro or Business plan to remove time limits and access advanced features like cloud recording, admin controls, and webinar hosting.
