What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom offers high resolution video quality. I can replay all my zoom meetings and still get high quality videos and it can accommodate large number of participants in a meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of zoom is it's user interface and the fact that it can accommodate up to 1000 people in a single meeting. I equally love how easy it is to schedule a meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As much I enjoy using zoom, I think there is always an issue when I use zoom for long hour meetings, like a sort of burn out and videos/audio sometimes lag.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would ask that they try the free version first to be sure it serve their purpose.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Its ease of use and consistent performance, even with weak internet. I find the video and audio quality better than most other platforms I’ve used. The interface is simple, and joining or hosting meetings is quick
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is how effortless it is to host or join meetings. I can send a link, and anyone can join without confusion or tech issues. The audio and video quality stay smooth, and features like screen sharing and breakout rooms work flawlessly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its security and privacy settings can be confusing at times. Early on, issues like “Zoom-bombing” made me cautious, and even now, I find it takes extra effort to properly configure waiting rooms, passwords, or participant controls to ensure a secure meeting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering Zoom, I recommend exploring its settings before your first meeting, especially around security and participant controls. Use waiting rooms, meeting passwords, and screen-sharing restrictions to stay in control.
