What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

even better than google docs because its embedded in the meeting window. It's the best, because we can co-edit a project plan as we talk and no one has to be viewing me sharing their screen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i love the “my notes” portion to keep track of what i was thinking during a call. it is private so i can type whatever and turn those into tasks at a later time.) the audio quality is also exactly crisp even when people are using cheap built-in microphones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the sidebar looks very cluttered with all the channels and folders. i wish there were better ways to archive old conversations after the fact so they don’t stick in my face forever.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if your team does a significant amount of collaborative writing or planning, this integrated design will save you tons of clicking.

It is great product for business meeting and for corporate training with providing least privilege to member of meeting. Great security principal apply in application

Canvas and Different style of pen option are available which help to draw diagram and explain complex topic.

The pricing is quite high compared to other product in market

I also appreciate its stability and video quality, which rarely suffer even with larger meetings. Zoom creates a reliable experience to communicate effectively and maintain engagement, whether for daily check-ins or large presentations.

‎Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes as Zoom works smoothly, is easy to use, and covers all the video and web conferencing needs perfectly.
