What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The extents of features that zoom provide is not very much unqiue but the way its get implemented with all our service is really commendable and also the zoom features of whiteboard is what i really like the most beacuse it works so smooth and very much helpful in online meeting, as with out this feature my meeting are not worth it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most favourite part of zoom video conferencing is the whiteboard features which saves us a lot of time and also help us to describe complex in easy to our clients and they too loved them , as many time this features help us to crack deals and alo other feature like video and audio conferencing work seamless and we never face any quality issue till now.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although its a great product but still some of it features get stuck sometime like the file sharinf features doesnot work some time and also the video and audio quality can't get auto adapt with the data speed and gef stuck sometime but its okay as it happen very rarely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend zoom to very working professional out there who has to do lot of online meeting and want to showcase his productivity and want to present his idea in the most simplest way possible and once someone start using it , he will get addicted to tits simplistic interface with tons of features

It's easy to use, reliable, and lets you connect with people across the globe. That's a win in my book.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have to balance usability with security. The good news is, Zoom offers features like two-factor authentication and AES-256 encryption, which is pretty darn good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom fatigue is a real issue for me and my mates.

Absolutely use Zoom, but implement strong security protocols and train your team to be vigilant.
