What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have managed to communicate with my work team without any problem, the audio and video work excellent and I have not had problems with the connection since it adapts to my needs, sharing screen, sending messages and making documents and annotation is really easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom allows me to store documents, create annotations, the audio works in HD, it has a content library, video chat, real time and private chat. Zoom has a set of practices, strategies and technologies focused on the relationship with customers. You can create debates and forums, it allows you to create a personalized brand, create communication panels and create a digital signature for the authenticity of a message. Zoom has a management of files, contents, documents and allows you to manage your email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this tool as it has excellent features and is one of the best softwares to communicate remotely and without complications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for something easy and simple to use and that works perfectly, this tool is excellent for you, it is one of the best communication software.
