What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It works smoothly without any hiccups; it does not need very high-speed internet as well. Its easy to use and has all the great functionalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its simplicity, and it is very easy to use. It's amazing software that can help us in connecting and collaborating with our teams which are working both onshore and offshore.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One may face some connectivity issues with it; apart from that, it's great software for online meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great software or application for those looking for simple-to-use online meeting software. One can access it even without an account, which means we don't even need an account to create and join meetings.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Other products we've tried tend to freeze up frequently with people hopping in and out of meetings due to application glitches. That almost never happens on Zoom. The product makes it so easy to conference, share your screen, share files, chat in real time, react, vote via polls, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's so intuitive. Every time we bring on a new hire, we can almost guarantee that the new individual will learn the system with zero or minimal training. They can start using Zoom immediately with very little ramp up time. It's fantastic!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that I can't create custom "away from my computer" or "on another video conferencing software" status updates. As someone who spends the majority of my day on meetings, it would be great to explain to someone why I might be less responsive. Our company uses Zoom for EVERYTHING, so when a coworker sees that I am not currently in another meeting, they often reach out for a conversation or to ask questions. It would be so valuable to be able to communicate that I am otherwise engaged.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I honestly couldn't imagine using one of the other video conferencing softwares available on the market -- and believe me, I have spent hours upon hours in virtual meetings. It seems that competitive products are slower, glitchier, and have fewer bells and whistles. Zoom is the top tier product out there. You will not be disappointed.
