I find Zoom easier to use than other platforms, and it performs well even with a shaky internet connection. The breakout rooms, strong security, and seamless integrations make it perfect for both work and casual meetups. Plus, their global support is always reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is its user-friendly interface combined with its high reliability. Whether I'm hosting a large meeting or just catching up with a friend, Zoom's easy setup and consistent performance make it a go-to for both work and personal use. The breakout rooms are also a standout feature that adds a lot of flexibility to group discussions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Zoom is its occasional lag or audio dropouts during large meetings, especially when many participants have their cameras on.
