We can exchange ideas and see each other's screens thanks to the screen sharing function. Work becomes simple and effective thanks to the ease with which you can collaborate with people from all over the world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can communicate and collaborate digitally with my team via Zoom and it is just as productive an experience as working face to face. It is very easy to use and has a simple interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

High-quality video calls require significant Internet bandwidth.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is incredibly user-friendly and ideal for service-oriented organizations because it enables customer calendars and ticketed events.
