What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It's easy to use and easy to navigate even at low bandwidth. It integrates well with educational tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows one to attend live classes, virtual classrooms and online office hours. The tools for sharing and annotating content come handy while teaching the concepts and capturing student's interest.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The worst drawback for many students is handling large classes, especially within the range of internet connection due to technical issues or disruptive actions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Higher audio and video so that there is effective participation in the process to keep learners engaged. Improved host controls to help manage and control disruptive classes and bad students effectively in large classes. More advanced capabilities in conducting virtual classes that allow conducting experiments to allow active participation.

It's ubiquity and feature scope

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

easy to use and the call recording is very inexpensive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly nothing--it works well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Skip Gong--it's costly and can't take the place of human interaction. I review the basic calls recorded in zoom and have seen a bigger lift in team performance in 6 months vs using gong for years.
