The service that Zoom provide is brilliant, being able to connect with other people in the business. I also use this software for personal use. I like how easy it is to use. Cheap contract is also a benefit

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is an awesome video conferencing software. Our company uses this daily and helps to keep our teams connected. The new AI Meeting Summary is amazing and helps to capture all of our discussions and even action items. We love that we have the ability to record our meetings, vote, chat, and react all in one tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is diving into AI and we love it! We have opted into the AI Meeting Summary which makes capturing our meeting notes easy and quick. This is a great feature that I have not seen from other video conferencing tools and makes ensuring our team is connected simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I tend to run into loading issues sometimes when sharing my screen but I’m not sure that is Zoom’s fault. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! This product is an all in one solution for connecting and collaboration. You get so many features and find use easy.
