The Polls in the chat, sharing files and managing the host controls by locking the lobby.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Selective control of audience and incorporating larger audience for live webinars is better in zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Feature to scribble in screen and flexible screen share options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Previously when we were joining meet it'll by default turn on camera and mic that was a drawback now organiser can control it so fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Different versions for different use cases.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom makes sharing a screen with one or more people very easy so it helps situations like tutorials with distant learning students. It's nice that we can see each other's faces throughout.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Zoom we are able to collaborate together as a management team. It’s so simple to use from a mobile device or desktop, with very limited setup required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to merge a video caller who chooses to dial in separately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The UI is self-explanatory, easy to use and you can record calls and convert them to watch later.
