What is your favorite aspect of this product?

one aspect of Zoom that many users appreciate is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for people to join and host meetings, regardless of their technical expertise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

some users have expressed concerns about Zoom's security and privacy practices in the past. While Zoom has made efforts to address these issues, it's something that some users may still be wary of. Additionally, like any software product, there may be occasional bugs or technical issues that users encounter, which can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The video conferencing and connectivity with our firms conference rooms is amazing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again, Zoom wins on video conferencing, with much better connectivity and than Teams, plus an intuitive conferencing implementation Teams doesn't have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because teams is another video software we use in our firm, the transition to audio between both tends to be messy. But with a little adjustment of audio interface being on the nose as a setting it may make this feel more intuitive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams has all of the features necessary to workplace integration, but to get that video conferencing to the next level, Zoom is the way
