What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has intuitive user interface, i have never face any technical issue like too much frequent lagging, audio issues, or screen sharing issues. My most of the client is familiar with zoom and I don't have to push them to install it as most of them are already having this on their machine. Though online version works well too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of using zoom is its very intuitive user interface, fast performance, and less technical issues. Most of the useful features like device settings, microphone, screensharing permission are easy to find. Screenshare with remote control is most usable features of zoom to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its pricey, the free version is having limit of only 40 minutes, then we have to wait for around 10 minutes. Free zoom should have at least one hour limit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If price is not a concern, I think its the best conferencing tool in market in terms of ease of use and features.
