The video conferencing itself along with webinars and voice transcription.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I have issues with getting audio to connect quickly when switching devices but that's a nitpick and likely a user issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use a free trial and get off outdated phone systems asap.

It's a great product I have been using for the last 2 years with no problems faced. Any BEgineer can easily understand no need for any prior skill set for this and the person will trained within a week.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes between meetings error comes and need to reconnect but in the latest version it's fixed.
