What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has market saturation and brand recognition because they perform well, offer a variety of flexible pricing tiers, a reliable service, and solid features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It just works! I never have issues connecting or recording. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about whether or not I'll be able to join or host a meeting or webinar, it just works!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The white boarding feature could be a bit smoother and have more customization options. Also, I find the messaging feature very annoying and wish I could turn it off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're in the market for a reliable, smooth, fully functional video conferencing software, Zoom will meet or exceed your needs!
