Scheduling meetings with clients across the country is a breeze, and the quality is top-notch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom's breakout rooms are a lifesaver for brainstorming sessions or breakout discussions with clients. It allows for focused conversations and fosters a more interactive environment, even in a virtual setting

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Zoom integrates with some tools, I sometimes find scheduling meetings directly from Blackboard a bit clunky. A smoother integration would streamline the process and save valuable time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company relies on regular client interaction, Zoom is a no-brainer. The ease of use and reliability are unmatched.

It is easy to you and is also an automated one. Zoom has some unique features that other products doesn't have like remote control, white board etc

The virtual control of the shared screen is the best features I have felt in zoom

As I think, things can be more easier than they look, zoom can work on it
