What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have been using Zoom for our client meetings as well as Office online events. Zoom has never disappointed us. Still while considering Zoom, you as a company should analyse the features and functionalities before implementation.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I personally think that Zoom has enough features that are needed for doing an efficient meeting during IT job. Work better than google meet on slower inteternet connection as per my experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I mostly use its web version and feel it is very lightweight and loads very smoothly on poor connection. This is enough to choose the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have dislikes about the product, but I have a improvement suggestion, After each video conferencing, it should ask for feedback and for feedback ,it should give some points to the end user and next time when the end user uses the zoom again , prev feedback should be analyzed for further improvement. In this way, user will be more satisfied and zoom will get to know how a specific user is feeling about the Zoom in present time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it and keep using it if working in IT sector and do multiple meeting on daily basis.
