What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is very different when I speak about the features like it has very great personalisation of the background images. It has very good noise cancelling feature that will help in giving the clear voices and no disturbances

Sometimes I observe if there is small latency in the internet call gets dropped this need to be rectified

You can't do some things, like a virtual background, unless your computer is speedy.

You can use Zoom for free for up to 100 participants up to 40 minutes.

Zoom is easy to use a reliable. I have experienced outages and quality issues with other companies, and Zoom has been to delivery reliability.

How it's easy to use and recognized by our team and external stakeholders

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the price could be a bit cheaper, and the mobile experience could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to try it out. For me it is the best video product for a business environment due to its reliability.
