What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

According to me below are the points which differentiate zoom from the other product a. Seemless integration for the Video Conferencing. b. With Zoom meeting connect has got an new value. c. Having breakout room with the participant instantly are great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My Favourite aspect is how easily we can now connect with each other over video and audio easily. Even the voip calling is very attractive to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As an IT administarator and implementor i feel that adminstrator should be given more control when there is a screen share in progress. FOr example during a screen share if you want to run any app in Run as administrator mode then the next dialog box will only appear to the user screen only. As there are sometimes the requirement to enter a different credentials for the process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is enhancing and adding features with their every release.
