What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom provides seamless meeting experience with board sharing and many members able to connect virtually at a same time and it provides all of these features in a very less cost compared to other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is sharing of white board with other members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no dislike about this product from my experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Zoom to someone who use to connect with many people or single person daily and wants to share information virtually.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom AI makes Zoom a suitable tool for online meeting where the AI is able to create meeting description and ideas with just few command sentences

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom virtual backgrounds that can be used to make a virtual background during the video meeting and also the ability of the host to mute all participant's audio during the meeting helps in creating convenience's during the meeting especially when the meeting have more participants from different locations with different background voices

What do you dislike most about this product?

Live chat of Zoom is purely powered by AI chatbot However, at times the AI fails to deliver best solutions to our technical questions and it is hard and time consuming for the Zoom chatbot to redirect you to a customer representative which makes getting support from the tool more difficult

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend Zoom because it helps me and any business to connect with partners and clients from anywhere remotely
