What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is very easy to use and it integrates well with other applications like Outlook calendar. The meeting invites and controls are clear with whiteboard it makes it easy to note down key points during meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Zoom background helps me to hide my space while attending video calls from home making me look professional.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audio echoing is the most common problem with Zoom. The application lags a bit while sharing the screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a very simple application suitable for any type of organization with audio and video connecting facility. It's a good product to go for with useful features.
