A reliable tool for any online meeting

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has the free version for anyone to use for online meeting for 40 minutes, and even when the minutes are done, you can restart for another meeting and you get the same amount of minutes. Has more virtual backgrounds to use for an online meeting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the screensharing and whiteboard in Zoom because they are effective to use and does not take a lot of time to load

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be good if it was so easier to contact the support team at Zoom when you get an issue other than interacting with the chatbot which cannot resolve technical issues on time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the Zoom especially the zoom app because of it being fast

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is fully featured and all the features work in a clean, reliable and easy way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most important is the stability and quality of calls and the ease of scheduling, those are fundamentals, but in addition I really like the addition of social interactions

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is easy to use but it doesn't thrill me to look at it or interact with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even while my company has Teams, which includes conference calls, many of us continue to use Zoom out of preference because of it's wide range of capabilities.
