What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Hosts can create polls in advance or during a meeting. They can set up multiple-choice questions with customizable answer options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favourite aspects of Zoom is its user-friendly interface and the reliability of its video and audio quality. It makes starting and joining meetings effortless, ensuring clear communication even in large group settings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it could be the complexity of managing settings and permissions, especially for larger organizations or meetings with diverse participant roles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Familiarize yourself with Zoom's interface and features like virtual backgrounds, polling, and breakout rooms to leverage them effectively during meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Well the features that zoom has I believe work much better to the competitors teams etc, particularly liked the transcriber from zoom was always very accurate. Also having for example the chat was much better in zoom compared to teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use of the product was key, conferencing on zoom compared to teams or other products resulted in a much easier implementation and fix when something didn’t work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Probably the cost of it, no on a serious note, it was hard to find what really I disliked. The majority of features work well, I think maybe their API seemed a bit complicated when I had a quick glance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a great product, if you do not have the full suite with the other bohemoths it’s a really good alternative in my opinion as it works great with slack and all other tools too.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom's recent Clips plus feature is a standout feature which differentiates it from similar products. I use Zoom's clip plus functionality to record and edit my video meetings on Zoom without leaving the Zoom interface. I am able to cut out parts of my recorded video meetings and even add overlay to transcriptions on the edited video clips when necessary.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and this makes it an ideal software for I and my team's video conferencing needs. All I need to do when inviting a person to join my video conferencing needs is to share the meeting web-link with them, allowing them to join my meetings without needing to first create an account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Zoom has provisions for automated translations and captions, its captions are powered by AI (artificial intelligence ) , therefore making its translations and captions not accurate or reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although, Zoom used to be primarily a video conferencing software at the beginning, it has now evolved into a full collaboration suite with fully-featured team messaging functionality, advanced search and file sharing capabilities amongst other features , making it the bedrock of seamless team communication in my company.
