What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Here’s the deal: We’re on-site, buried in blueprints and dirt, and the architect needs to tweak the design. Instead of trying to set up a face-to-face that screws up the whole day’s schedule, we just fire up Zoom on a tablet. In minutes, we’ve got the architect, project manager, and site foreman all on a call, hashing out changes in real-time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Breakout rooms? Game-changer. Think of it like this: We’ve got a big virtual meeting with the whole project team—everyone from electricians to plumbers. Breakout rooms let us split into smaller groups to tackle specific issues, then come back together to share what we’ve sorted out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Internet can be spotty, especially in remote areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom’s been a lifesaver. It’s cut down on travel time and lets us hold quick check-ins without leaving the site. Clients love it too—they can join calls for progress updates and give instant feedback, which keeps them happy.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Easy to use, price point, minimal training needed. Rolling out/implementing to staff is a breeze. Software update cycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use - most companies also use zoom so there's no learning curve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Zoom & Mac integration. When screensharing, using the drawing tools on a mac tend to "take control". User on the other side will then have to do the "2 finger click" on their trackpad to release the tools. If you don't know this, then in most cases people will stop sharing and then have to reshare. Causing extra/wasted time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Test it, try it. Implement on a small scale then do a full send.
