What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The ability to record and host large groups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it's accessible on multiple devices. It's also well-known and most people have access to at least a free Zoom account. It's an effective tool for us to use in orientations and webinars for large groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there were better presenting settings. It can be difficult to screen share, record, and have powerpoint notes up when using a single screen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Keep the free version unless you're sure you'll need longer meetings or more complex feature.

One of my favorite aspects of Zoom is its ease of use, which makes it accessible for users of all tech skill levels. Additionally, the breakout rooms feature is excellent for facilitating smaller group discussions within larger meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the aspects I dislike most about Zoom is the occasional audio lag or connectivity issues during meetings, which can disrupt communication.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you choose the right plan for your needs, considering factors like meeting duration and participant capacity, and familiarize yourself with key features like breakout rooms and recording for optimal use.
