What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is different from others by several key features and aspects. 1. easy to use. 2. providing consistent reliable video and audio quality 3. anyone can use zoom for establishing communication with teams, clients, friends, teacher, etc. 4. providing virtual whiteboard feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Virtual whiteboard feature. this feature helps me to explain anything very easily to clients and my teams. Using this tool I can easily put my point of views to the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I'm facing glitching in meetings like audio lagging and video freezing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For important meeting make sure you having strong internet connection.

it has name/brand recognition

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it;'s predictable, I like the function of using different break out rooms for a large group training and being able to assign folks to each break out group.

What do you dislike most about this product?

last time I recorded a call after it ended, it seemed to be not as user friendly as other competitors' record functions
