What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Its "just works" reliability makes us forgive its flaws. Even in crappy hotel Wi-Fi, it maintains a better connection than Teams or Meet. The breakout rooms are the best - HR runs 20+ simultaneous sessions during onboarding. But the admin console looks like it's from 2018... IT people get headaches every time they run reports

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without a doubt, attention monitoring. When we discovered our offshore team was multitasking during critical scrums, productivity increased by 30%. Setting up custom keyboard shortcuts (Shift+Alt+M to mute myself without looking) is a lifesaver in back-to-back meetings. However, the mobile version urgently needs the ability to share only one browser tab, not the entire screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The permissions system is ridiculously basic. Any intern can reset the entire account settings (we had this happen in April with the new intern). And Zoom Fatigue is real—after four hours straight, that minimalist white background burns your eyes. Our sales team ended up buying blue-filter glasses just for the demo marathons

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're hosting large virtual events (50+ people), pay for the Enterprise version—the 40-minute limit on basic plans is a pain. Enable two-factor authentication FROM DAY 1 (last month, we had password-guessed people enter a finance meeting). And negotiate: If you have more than 100 licenses, the volume discounts are substantial

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I find Zoom’s user-friendly interface and reliable video quality set it apart from other platforms I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate how stable and smooth Zoom calls are, even with many participants. The simple, clean interface makes joining and hosting meetings hassle-free.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside I’ve noticed is that breakout room management can sometimes be glitchy or limited. I also feel there could be more AI-powered tools to help with note-taking and meeting summaries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Zoom for both small and large teams because of its scalability and ease of use. Taking the time to explore its advanced features will really enhance productivity and meeting engagement.
