What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve had to switch platforms during a few international calls because of audio lag.

It’s more than just a video conferencing tool—it’s our go-to for client pitches, team brainstorms, and even casual virtual coffee chats. Its reliability during critical client calls is unmatched, and that’s saying something in a world full of laggy alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I particularly love is the whiteboard feature. Brainstorming ad concepts during virtual meetings feels almost as dynamic as using a real board. Plus, the recording and transcription features are lifesavers when you want to revisit key points from a strategy meeting. No more “what was that great idea someone mentioned?” moments.
