What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom gives a better audio and video feature if compared with other. No lagging and video stuck problem occurs. Great user experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with calendar is my favorite aspect. I can easily schedule Zoom meeting directly with other calendar application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much. But sometimes I may face difficulty in sharing screen if using mobile application of Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a good product. You can definitely go for it for your professional calls and meeting. It gives a great user experience.

Gives meeting hosts full power over the people who are attending, which improves security and management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To keep things running smoothly in big meetings, hosts need to be able to easily mute, remove, or control people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some new users find it hard to get used to all the settings at first.

Great for meeting hosts and managers who need to make sure everyone follows the rules.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is just more reliable than most other video conference options out there. It offers high video and audio capabilities during conference calls and its ability to work well under low bandwidth environments helps me experience smooth communication. I have also never experienced any downtime situation with Zoom and this only makes it more likeable..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the major reasons why a lot of professionals use Zoom in my opinion, is due to how easy to use the software is. It doesn't matter whether the users technical expertise is high or low , Zoom can be used comfortably for video meetings by anyone who can surf the internet. This ease of use across mobile and desktop interface is my favourite aspect of my overall Zoom experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was something called Zoom bombing , a few years ago, which involved unauthorized persons gaining access to meetings and disrupting them. This no longer happens as far as I know, but there are still concerns around the data privacy policies of Zoom. Also, customisations of layouts and backgrounds during Zoom video meetings is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For smooth video conferencing calls with low barrier of entry for new and inexperienced users , Zoom is a major option to consider.
