What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ease of use, video and audio quality, and the wide variety of useful features, such as screen sharing and virtual whiteboards. Furthermore, their good customer service is a plus for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Security features require a little extra configuration to ensure all meetings are fully protected.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Some of the features like breakout rooms, whiteboard, taking polls and webinar with large group of aufiences seamlessly with low bandwidth also. It is a brilliant platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works on low network with best audio and video capabilities. It integrates smoothly with other applications like slack and SharePoint for easy of files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is costly to implement and might not suit to small or medium enterprises. All the free version has time limitations on the meeting scheduled.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a state of the art tool.to connect with team members located globally in different time zones without hampering the work and continuously flow of information and data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is reliable and works well with unstable internet connection. The simple user interface helps users to focus and avoid wasting time on understanding the interface and getting familiar with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've noticed that the Zoom desktop application has become more demanding on my computer's resources lately, leading to slightly slower overall performance and increased system load.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although Zoom is easy to use and administrate, it is important to focus on user permission management and provide users with basic instructions on platform tools, testing their audio and video devices for connectivity, and understanding their permission limitations to assure a seamless and productive business communication experience.
