Zoom is distinguished by how easy it is to use, consistent video quality, and frictionless integration with third-party tools such as calendars and Slack. The breakout rooms and webinar features also provide more functionality than most competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The video and audio are always of top quality, and the interface is extremely intuitive. I also appreciate how simple it is to schedule and enter meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Occasionally Zoom updates necessitate restarts at less-than-ideal moments, and sometimes the virtual background feature isn't quite perfect on lower-spec devices.
