What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zooms integrated AI summaries are by far the best I have seen. Paramount is that I do not need to have another 3rd party app buzzing into our conference calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screenshare never messes up, it is clear what you are sharing. The AI summaries are near perfect and I imagine only improving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that there are not more readily accessible easy to use virtual backgrounds

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the original and still the best option.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

While it may not be the flashiest platform out there, it continues to shine where it counts: reliability and video quality. It’s especially dependable for larger meetings or webinars, where stability really matters and technical hiccups can derail the experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is intuitive, and it just works — fewer connection issues than we’ve seen with other platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Feels like lacks recent innovation — features like whiteboarding and chat feel secondary to competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your main need is stable, high-quality video meetings, Zoom is a safe choice. Just don’t expect it to be your all-in-one collaboration hub

Great video conferencing, not as good as Teams

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom integrates better with other platforms we use such as Learn Amp. It's great for open drop in sessions and our teachers find it user friendly especially the whiteboard and annotate features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The annotate features. It's a great way to get our learners interacting especially if some are nervous online or don't like having their camera's on. A lot of people are also very familiar with Zoom from using it through the pandemic so it's user-friendly for people who don't have advanced digital skills

What do you dislike most about this product?

The sound drivers can be unreliable and we have found that as a business, although we like the Zoom features, teams works better as a products or total package. We also didn't have very much Zoom technical support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at what your main use will be. If it's video conferencing you're after it's a great tool. It's great for teaching too but if you need a full packing of data transfer, storage, AI meeting notes, instant messaging then Teams is better
