What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

Offers wide range and exclusive range of templates, slide ideas, and themes which are not offered by many of its competitors Supports the files in all formats Most viable tool in the world for uploading documents online and storing them at one place

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to create presentations which are saved automatically. Thus, it saves lot of data loss as the user forget to press save It works on every browser Ensures 24x7 collaboration with the team members or all the employees working on the project

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support services is just average Not sure about other parts of the world, but in India I have experienced the app. At times crashes on android devices Too many notifications which distracts & irate the user

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must work on making it more mobile friendly Works on adding new functionalities such as streamlining the process of importing files which is quite challenging at present
