What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It integrates more easily with Mailchimp than with other CRM platforms and it is more detailed in the sales process. Provides more advanced tools and features for successful business troubleshooting. As a solution for marketing and sales this software is more optimized, in addition CRM platforms tend to be very complicated to implement and use, with Zoho CRM there is not such a steep learning curve. It has more detailed reports giving us a 360 degree perspective on the company's sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A big plus point is the price it offers, arguably much cheaper than Hubspot which has similar features. I like that it has accounting functions so that I can better keep track of customer accounts. The reports are very detailed and organized in tables that are related to each other and can have a better interpretation for commercial analysis. I love the idea that I can make calls so I can stay in touch with clients more than just IM or email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho CRM should completely redesign its interface, from my experience you have to navigate a lot to find certain functions within the platform, sometimes being confusing. It may take some getting used to, however a more practical and intuitive design would be the final detail to consider it perfect. Despite that small detail, I still maintain the idea that this is a very complete good CRM software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can test this tool by integrating it with other platforms but you can also integrate it with zoho platforms for better performance. With this CRM platform you can create campaigns, manage contacts, contact potential clients, generate reports and also create forms, it is an all in one.
