Zoho CRM helps us increase the sales flow

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Previously we had problems to close deals, but now with this great platform we have increased our sales flow thus increasing the efficiency of our company. Another problem we had was communication with our customers that was very limited but now we can communicate with them through different channels. We no longer have problems with client tracking, which is now much easier to perform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like most about this platform is its good management for sales that significantly increases the flow of them. Another point in its favor is that you can send templates by email with integration with software mailing. Its management for budgets is always correct, thus avoiding errors. This is another thing that we like.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's slow if you do not have a broadband internet connection and a team of at least mid-range. Your financial CRM features do not have a tool to do asset management or a tool to perform cost tracking. Your customer experience features do not have options to carry survey management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho is our CRM and we use it to track our leads. It is a business CRM software that enables communication and emailing. It helps us manage our business and customers, including billing, inventory, customer desktop and reporting. Easy to integrate and customize; I love its dashboard, which brings all the data together and automates sales workflow paths. In addition, the Zoho CRM mobile app provides quick access to contacts, leads, business and accounts.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

The tool has helped me to reduce the manual work.The solution is for all marketing needs. The features include customizable CRM, Campaigns & Email Automation.I have been working on all of the above for more than a year now.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho CRM Tool - has an easy configuration, & is a single solution for all my marketing needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The alert response may occasionally be delayed by email automation operations in order to trigger the alerts. Other than that, the program is a great option for email automation requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To anyone who want to seamlessly migrate their entire business to the cloud, I heartily recommend it.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

We are attempting to manage our business operations using Zoho One, which includes CRM, forms, projects, meetings, flow, and other features. We are having difficulty realizing the advantages. For the majority of our nearly two years with Zoho, it has been a frustrating struggle against its limitations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you've never used a CRM or similar app before, Zoho One and its apps are fairly simple to use. Users trying to figure out how to make Zoho CRM work like Salesforce have caused us a lot of stress and confusion. It doesn't, and it can't do some things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the help forum, the closest customer service response I've found was to send an email to Zoho customer service, which would delete the user account. However, if it is deleted, that user's email history and all documents are also deleted. Moreover, this issue in the Zoho customer help forum is more than three years old. Zoho does not appear to be planning to address this issue, as nothing has been done to address it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM and Zoho One cannot be recommended. You really do pay for what you get. Despite its high price, I would have stuck with Salesforce if I had the option. Zoho's support is poor, they don't respond to customer requests to fix application limitations, and administrators can't delete users. If Zoho customer service deletes a user on your behalf, all of the user's documents and email history are also deleted. A company runs the risk of breaking GDPR and some state data privacy laws in the United States because of this restriction.
