What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
You are free to create your own modules, functions, and buttons that do exactly what you want to do, as long as you are ready to code it. It provides a degree of customization that typically is ten times more expensive within the Salesforce ecosystem. It respects the builder.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables experimentation with cheapness. It takes just an afternoon to spin up a custom app in the CRM to track such data as Energy Usage Data or Turbine Maintenance Logs and tie it to customer records. It allows you to create a customized system without the cost of the enterprise.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You will take hours searching through forums to determine how a particular API call is failing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It should be recommended when you have dev resources. This is a playground should you be a developer, wish to construct a custom solution on a low budget, and have no issue getting your hands dirty. Either stay out of the way or be polished.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The best thing which differentiate zoho crm from other similar products are their all-in-one business model and their cost effectiveness.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It helps me well in the lead management thing, which i can easily manage using the zoho crm and get that reports as per my requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is little complex for the new users to understand in very less time. The UI complexity is little high
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'll recommend everyone one to use the trial version before switching to the subscription mode

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
I've found it very flexible but there are a lot of addons that can get expensive. It's good... open source? I think.. software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very flexible and has lots of features. We built the entire backend of our customer management on it to begin with and it integrates well with Google products
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a relatively steep learning curve and feels a bit dated. It can get expensive once you start piling on extra integrations mail, sign, etc. Some of the fields and filters are a bit weird to set up if you don't have experience building the technical side of a crm
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the customisation but be aware of the extra costing that might come with all the integrations down the line.
