What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
This tool has helped us improve our communication as a team and move forward with projects in an organized way, through tasks, objectives and deadlines, ensuring that customers are satisfied and that the work is executed in the established time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the project management part, as it allows to divide projects into tasks with measurable deadlines and assign each task individually to the participants. The access to the Gannt diagram is an additional plus that adds points to this software, as you can see and monitor the progress of the projects in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although for me it was a fairly easy software to use, perhaps because I had already used similar tools, for most of the project collaborators it was not, so it is not so intuitive and easy to handle. It is a bit more expensive than its competitors and perhaps if you have a small business you may want to start with other software, but in the long run the investment is worth it for the many tools and features it has.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As head of design of the advertising agency where I work and as a user of other similar software, I can recommend this above its competitors, because it is the one that has worked best for us as a team, since not only I as the boss can put the annotations and tasks, but I read daily all the comments of my team which makes communication much more fluid.
