The professional services management system that allows us to monitor the progress of our projects, optimize communication and collaborate with workers in order to improve and attain customer satisfaction.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike is a powerful tool for major enterprises that want to set up and run a virtual office anywhere, with the ability to track and organize anything from marketing and suppliers to employees and projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like using Wrike because it helps me stay on top of my work, and its dashboard is fantastic. The color-coding of due dates helps me keep track of my progress and the disappearance of tasks as I do them is a nice touch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All of my projects would be lost if I didn't have a dashboard to help me track them down. A means to view ALL of the projects I've been assigned to or tagged in should be available. Sometimes the tasks I'm given aren't related to marketing, thus I don't see them on my dashboard and have to click "go to project" on the email I received to see them. Planned Effort
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wrike is useful for tracking the status of big projects and making sure they're getting done. The Gantt chart function is useful for keeping track of active projects and upcoming milestones. There are definitely more effective methods to utilize for simple task management.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?
Wrike is used in the organization as a program to manage all our projects. Its tools allow us to be much more organized in the assigned tasks and to have an overview of all the progress of the project. It is very easy to use and you can modify each task as they progress, to have real-time progress.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the variety of templates it has to start the different projects, as it allows to be much more efficient and faster when starting. It is very useful that at the time of making any changes to the project, all team members receive notifications to know those changes and be aware of the progress and modifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The program has so many tools for different fields that it can be confusing to understand. I would also like the system to have a role-based security system that allows administrators to control who has access to different projects and tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a program that we have liked a lot in the company, for being very intuitive and easy to use. Its panels, tasks and projects in general are very simple to create, edit and develop, so having our activities up to date and without delay was very easy for us. It is ideal for companies of any size and its price is very affordable.
