What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

I use it to create business pages. Until now, I used to start from scratch with HTML and CSS, but it became easier to make after using WordPress. It is effortless not only to develop but also to edit when there are corrections or changes. Also, it is easy to manage because the menu is divided for each hierarchy. It makes it easier to see which page is where at a time, saving you the trouble of searching for it. The layout may depend on the theme, but it is intuitive and easy to change. It's also attractive that even an amateur can create an elegant page like that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Many people use it for blogs and their media, but you can intuitively change the font size, color, title, image insertion, etc. Technical SEO is also installed to some extent, so you don't need any knowledge. Also, since many people use it, if you have trouble finding a theme, which plugin to install or other operations, you can usually solve it by searching. Increased number of accesses thanks to the creation of the website. Good user operability on the home page and the photo import function. Ease of creating a home page. In particular, it is easy to embed images and create tabs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's good because you can create a landing page, but it would be nice to strengthen cooperation with Google Analytics and quickly extract visitor data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since anyone can easily create a web page, performing in-house work that was previously wholly outsourced is now possible. Since unnecessary costs and person-hours are no longer required, work efficiency has improved dramatically. In addition, since the administration screen is easy to understand, it is easy to give instructions to the same administrator (editor). Also, since it is a tool used by many companies, many people (including myself) used it in their previous jobs so detailed explanations can be omitted.

How simple it is to use. I like how much it can be customized.

All of the different add-ins can be a bit clunky. Sometimes it doesn't seem to improve quickly enough.

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Compared to Drupel or Joomla, which I've played around with, Wordpress has far more features and even more ability to customize, which I think makes our website built on Wordpress look less templatized and more custom. I like that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it allows us to customize so that our website doesn't appear to look like a template or like everyone else website.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's still more work to be done in integration and customization. I'd like stronger links to our Zendesk platform and our software platform, and clearer analytics when we've integration things into our HubSpot flow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for teams small-medium who don't want to hire a full time web developer or work with an outside firm and pay ongoing service/maintenance fees. There's a lot you can do with this without having to be an absolute web expert, but depending on how custom you want your website, it will require deeper knowledge in that area.
