What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Although wordpress.com does not have shiny ads like wix.com, I firmly believe that its one of the most reliable infrastructures for web.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the embedded SEO extensions&plugins available in the CMS which are making our jobs a lot easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like the fact that some part of this tool is still old and clunky, they need to be improved quite soon.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to give more weight to Wordpress.com because for so many years it's in our lives.
