What is your favorite aspect of this product?

WordPress.com is different because it easy to use and has free options. Other products maybe not free or harder to use. WordPress.com is good for blogs and websites, with lots of designs. Other products might not have as much designs or be as simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wordpress.com makes it hard to change how your blogs looks. They give limited designs and stuff. Also, it's not so easy to use for new people. They should make it simpler.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you think to use Wordpress.com, it's good for blogs and small sites. Easy to start and lots of designs. But, if you want do big things, maybe not best. Costs for extra stuff. Look other options too, for more controls and features.
