WordPress.com is easy to use, customizable solution. Favorite aspect is the ease of installation, implementation, content management and publishing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

WordPress.com lacks the broad range of customizability WordPress.org has.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd definitely recommend WordPress.com to anyone in need of a free or inexpensive website solution, with minimum web development knowledge. More experienced users should take advantage the full power of WordPress.org.
