What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Wide range of plugins and the amount of content produced in Wordpress is impressive and useful for a non expert user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and set up, the plugins and templates are good. It's easy to use as a blog or website, with a range of features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is so much that it is hard to cover everything and therefore some expert input is required. The web site does develop complexity at this point and this is hard to manage for a non expert

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Explore all of the available options - Wordpress is a default standard web builder but there are a lot more flexible and more modern options out there. It depends on what you need it for.
