What differentiates Wonderlic Select from other similar products?

Unsure of all similar products but highly regard this one as I've been using since the original Wonderlic Personnel assessment. Quick and easy to issue invitations. Easy to score. Highly effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliability as a predictor of personnel performance. Have always found it to be highly predictable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I can think of.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend as a base assessment for all personnel.

The Wonscore test is short, but highly effective.

Significantly reduces bad hires

I wish it was 100% 😉

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First, start out by having every employee currently employed take the test. And moving forward all new hires must take the test. Soon you will see a correlation between the score and their performance. Eventually you’ll be able to set a threshold of a score for the candidate to be considered further. I just hired six people a week before I purchased the product and the results predicted exactly what I thought would happen and if I would’ve had this prior I would not of hired for the six people. Needless to say, those four lasted a very short period of time.

The ease of administration.

Sometimes I have to send the tests a few times, but not very often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend WonScore. It has helped us get a snapshot of what the candidates capabilities, knowledge, and weaknesses before we interview and offer a job.
