What differentiates Wonderlic Select from other similar products?

I think Wonderlic is set apart by how they strived to get it right for us. We need to hire a unique skillset and Wonderlic nailed the test for us! It is a great tool for us to show the capabilities of potential employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization of the testing to fit our exact needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing can be a little steep, but when you look at the cost of turnover, it justifies it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Wonderlic. They have been great to work with, and have kept us informed during the process of creating our pre-employment test. I only have good things to say about them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the ease of use and the clear summaries and explanations provided for the test results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I could not find any issues with this test platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The cost is reasonable, and the return on investment is well worth it. Hiring the wrong candidates can be far more costly.
