What differentiates Wonderlic Select from other similar products?

It is a program that has good features and is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Even before you meet a prospect, you may get an idea of their personality. It helps you get a sense of their personality before you meet them in person. It's almost like a 'preview'! There are several options for storing the findings in PDF form that can be sent to the management for their review.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When an applicant completes the testing, I don't always get an email message. However, the email warning serves as a nice reminder for me. I don't mind getting back into the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A applicant should not be frightened to undergo another round of testing. They may be jittery, do poorly on tests, and so forth.

What differentiates Wonderlic Select from other similar products?

What differentiates WonScore from other products is it's utilization of Wonderlic, as well as the manner in which it allows customization of assessments based on Internal job descriptions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to cater an assessment to the skills and capabilities necessary for our roles was extremely helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although there is solid data regarding scoring, there is no granular, behind-the-scenes drill down available to really understand why someone scored what they scored.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is to really determine the where - Where, within your organization will you utilize this. Is it more helpful for you on the front end (recruiting and assessment), or for Internal movement?
