Vin Solutions CRM differs from others because it has an automotive specific workflows, a deep DMS integrations, and specialized tools for showroom, phone, and digital retailing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Vin Solutions CRM is its automotive first design. I love the fact that it doesn’t just adapt to dealership workflows, it’s built from the ground up to handle test drives, and service-to-sales handoffs with zero duct-tape solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Vin Solutions CRM is its limited flexibility for non traditional dealership models. It struggles with innovation beyond legacy workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a deep DMS integration and showroom tools, I'll highly recommend Vin Solutions CRM because it's best choice for franchise dealerships.
