What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

VanillaSoft provided the most effective way to report and analyze conversions and sales, as well as understand the best demographics for campaigns. With only a few clicks, management can now specify the relevant demographics and route the next-based lead to the sales rep, relieving them of searching for the next lead.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy-to-use email templates assist in making sales. Reps can automatically send customized, predesigned and approved emails with a few clicks. The Call Activity Dashboard makes it easier to keep track of contacts and to search for prospect records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As the internet varies the system have some glitches but it runs very smoothly most of the time. It is difficult to configure custom reports and the sales team was trained for several days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

VanillaSoft provides the best lead and sales tracking tool which lets the user manage inside sales teams more proactively and respond immediately to issues before they become problems.
