What differentiates Tungsten TotalAgility from other similar products?

Kofax has more agility than other vendor in this space. It is low code, integrated and all in one solution

What differentiates Tungsten TotalAgility from other similar products?

I don’t find any near competitor to Kofax Total Agility particularly 6 or above versions which provides a single platform with Image capture, OCR, AI/ML, BPM and ability to easily integrate with other tools like ECM or RPA. In other words This one Kofax’s best product so far.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Based on my several years of Kofax Total Agility industry uses and experience, I like the integration with other tools features most along with easy to design BPM process flows and building forms. I also like the deployment method where you can easily package most of your components or artifacts and move it to other environ.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though Kofax Total Agility has lot of features and benefits but I do believe some of the areas it needs improvement like Transformation Designer is still using old Macro VB scripts, Load balancing for CPU or memory utilization methods and inclusion of advanced OCR engines.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kofax Total Agility 6 and higher versions 7.x is highly recommended on Imaging/OCR space for any large or medium projects. It will not only provide you to help automatic classification or OCR based data extraction but it will also give you BPM functionality along with multiple features to easily integrate different other tools. This product has Machine learning capability as well along with you can utilize their Insight product to create customized reports.
