Trello stands out for its simple interface, which includes features such as lists, boards and cards, making it easy to organize projects visually, this structure allows teams to manage their tasks in a clear and effective way, promoting fluid communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool allows tasks to be organized effectively, offering the option to create lists that facilitate task management, with a simple drag-and-drop system, users can move tasks between different states, which simplifies progress tracking, and also the availability of add-ons greatly enriches its functionalities, allowing users to customize the tool to meet almost any specific need, automation bots are another outstanding feature, as they allow repetitive or predefined tasks to be performed automatically, this not only saves time, but also reduces the possibility of human error, making the work process more efficient and fluid, and together.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Understanding how automation bots work can be a considerable challenge, as they often require coding knowledge for configuration and effective use, email notifications can be more concise, which could make it difficult to obtain detailed information in some cases. Another aspect to consider is the limited levels of task hierarchy, which can restrict the way tasks are organized and managed within the platform, this can be a drawback for teams that need a more complex structure for their projects, also, there are limitations in the configuration of reports and privacy, which can affect the ability to customize reports and protect information.
